Return/Refund/Exchange Policy: All sales are final, but please let us know if you are not satisfied with your order and we'll work to make it right.

*Before completing your purchase, please review your order. Additionally, please verify that the quantity and correct item size/color have been selected before completing the checkout process.

When will I receive my order? Orders are processed and shipped out within 10 business days. Once shipped, your package arrival is dependent on the shipping option you chose at checkout (ie. Priority, Express, etc.).

How are shipping costs calculated? Shipping costs are determined by the weight, shipping method, and delivery address of the order. The Painted Turtle aims to provide you with reasonable shipping costs, while ensuring you receive your order in a timely and secure manner.

*Please note that addresses outside the United States may have additional sales tax, duties and/or customs charges.

Can't find your country listed under the shipping options? Let us know! We can go in and update that for you so that you can place your order.

I received the incorrect item. If you received an incorrect item, please contact campstore@thepaintedturtle.org as soon as possible. Please include a photo of the incorrect item with your email correspondence. 

My order was damaged. If you received a damaged item, please contact campstore@thepaintedturtle.org as soon as possible. Please include a photo of the damaged item with your email correspondence. 

Can I cancel my order? You are able to cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as you cancel before your order has shipped. We are unable to cancel an order once it has shipped.
